My wife made an appointment for last Saturday, and instead of saying they're close for Labor day and suggesting the following Saturday, they still scheduled her appointment. Drove a hour to find out they're closed.
Dr. Petranto saved my foot after an unsuccessful surgery with a different doctor in another practice. He and his staff were supportive, professional, and upbeat. Things went so well that I asked him to work on my other foot! I lived with severe bunions and hammer toes until I was 42 years old and had resigned myself to living with pain in my feet until I met Dr. Petranto. I was referred to him by a friend and I've been paying it forward by sending some of my friends over to the OCFA. I highly recommend!
Thanks to Dr. Petranto and his excellent staff of very qualified employee's, he showed me that I, had a serious problem with a vascular issue and possibly start of clotting in my rt leg and very slow blood flow to the lower extremeties ,and asked me to test again for diabeties,thanks to him and his staff, i am getting correct and proper treatments i need, i also changed, my primary Dr., and am happy as well as very grateful to Dr. Petranto and the whole staff at OCFA They care about people and treat them right! Nobody does it like this practice!
This place is horrible, the people who work here are arrogant and they take over an hour to take you back to an exam room.
