Bad service, bad attitudes and they'll gouge you on prices. Beware.
On Wednesday day January 6th. I called and spoke to drew about seeing if I could drop off the car Thursday to have some work done and pay next Wednesday January 13th.drew from Lacey shell said yes and Friday when they were done I went in to talk to rich about what I had told drew.he denied drew ever said that. I told him why would I do that,I could have just brought it in next Wednesday?so not only would not honor the agreement that drew made they were going to hold my car and called me a liar.i was able to get help from a family member and then told them I would never use them again.i have poor customer service before but this was the lowest.they made a deal then denied making it,they were going to hold my car hostage stoping me from urgent Drs appointments blood tests and getting my prescriptions plus my wife could then not work.if there was a lower than one star I would put it.DO NOT USE THIS AUTO SHOP AS THEY CALL CUSTOMERS LIARS.WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.DO NOT USE,,,,,,,, AND THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM CALLIN CUSTOMERS LIARS. DO NOT USE,MBAD WORK ETHICS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!!
I trust them. To me that's what matters most. They are pretty expensive compared to other places in the area though.

My tire had gone flat right around the corner from this establishment. I pulled in and asked if they could plug my tire. The man at the front desk said "yeah in like an hour after my guys get done their coffee break" and then smirked. There was 4 technicians just standing around. I sat there for an hour waiting because i had no other place to go. I have worked in auto garages before and usually they can stop what they are doing and take 10 minutes to do a simple tire plug and patch. While i was at the counter waiting to pay, the man at the front desk was arguing with a woman because they had promised one price and it was alot more when she had come to pick her car up. Everyone in this place was extrememly unprofessional and ignorant especially Rich at the front desk. If my tire ever goes flat near this place again, i will pay to have my car towed to another place just to get the tire fixed. I have never seen this kind of lazy and ignorant customer service in my life. Do yourself a favor and find some place other than this establishment.
