Family has been going here for years - they have been family owned and in business for over 100 years. I wouldn't trust anybody else. One of the last, best small businesses around, still doing it right!
Dropped an engagement ring off to be sized and was called a day before it was due to be told there is a delay and it's going to be another 5to6 days. They had my ring for 8 days before calling me about the delay. They ruined my engagement plans because of poor communication. The pair seem nice, but if you're not going to keep your end of the deal you should let the customer know sooner then the day before it's due.
My husband had looked into many jewelers when he was ready to "pop the question". When he found Blase DeNatale Jewelers they were so nice, informative, and extremely helpful. My husband even got to see parts of my ring being made. So of course when it was time to get married, we got my wedding band there to go with my engagement ring. My two rings are radiant, fit perfect (for my little 4.5 ring fingers) and we are so happy. The price that we got for the quality was amazing and Blase worked with us. I am one happy wife and plan to get husband's dream band there, along with anything our future children will get :) Thank you so much Blase!!!!!
Horrible Experience!! Worst Platinum Sizing!! Super Paper Thin, NO accommodation for a repeat customer!! Charged top dollar to be completely disappointed. With no recourse just out my $130!! Now I have to pay another jeweler to fix it. Not FAIR!!
