Went here to have a necklace restrung and a pendant added. They told me the direction of the loop needed to be reversed and because the pendant had ashes in it, they would have to use a lazer. Ok fine. Then I asked for a metal string to be used instead of the string the necklace came with due to me breaking them constanstly. I paid 54 dollars for the labor, Lazering, and the string. I was then told it will be done in 5 days. 14 days later it was finished. There was no sign of "Lazering" and sure enough the necklace broke a week later. The original string was still inside the beaded necklace. After telling them that the string that came with necklace was weak. I do not know what I paid for but I do know was taken advantage of. Beware of this business and make sure you pay when you pick up your item!!!
